· Provide front line customer service to employees to assist with all HR questions via Service now, e-mail, phone and on-site visitations, averaging 30 cases per and 25 calls per day.
· Liaise with different departments within Sonoco to provide assistants / resolution to employee's in a timely manner ,averaging 10 meeting per week.
· Manage calls and case load while avoiding breached service level agreement timelines associated with cases.
· Provide support for HR Shared Services, including taking ownership of project components such as check printing, and assisting HR Coordinators in Kronos.
· Responsible for maintaining employee records and accurate employee data management, via Workday and physical files.
· Ensure seamless transition of employee data from systems to files for employee onboarding process.
· Update, maintain and manage employee data in Workday (HRIS), audits data and ensures accuracy.
· Ensure 100% data compliance for internal and external audits; provides data as needed for audit requests.
· Monitor employee portal mailboxes, troubleshoot and respond to inquiries, escalating things as needed to the appropriate HR team member.
· Run routine reports and deliver them to the appropriate business team member.
· Responsible for training and advising new employees in my field as well as HR coordinators on the new processes that are implemented from Corporate headquarters.
