Extensive knowledge of all activities related to HR such as payroll, recruitment, personnel action forms, benefits, and employee orientation. • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Verify I-9 documentation and maintains books current.
• Update employee time punches and processes time off/vacation requests.
• Track the attendance of employees and updates point system
• Assist in processing company wide payroll.
• Assist with processing of terminations.
• Assist with the preparation of the performance review forms.
• Assist with recruitment and interview process.
• Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR Director.
• Make photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
• File papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
• Assist or prepare correspondence.
• Prepare new employee files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
