I was responsible for performing all HR duties (omit payroll, safety compliance) at Westwind. I performed daily activities to ensure labor law compliance and improve company processes. Created multiple administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for navigating file systems, operating software, labor law compliance website addresses, lines of communication within the company to name a few. I customized an onboarding process for new hires with the goal of increasing employee retention. Participated and provided support in development of a new comprehensive manufacturing software.

I was responsible for performing and developing all company purchasing activities. I performed all duties associated with being a Pharmacy technician but my best contribution was my customer service skills. I worked full time and my primary position was customer out-take. I maintained and improved existing customer relationships (though covid lockdowns) and I secured numerous new customers.
