Westwind is a high quality custom wood door manufacture serving the Mid-west region and Colorado Front range. They are one of the fastest growing door manufactures in the US currently producing 500 doors per day. They also offer door customers a specialties department service and access to Molding services.

I was responsible for performing all HR duties (omit payroll, safety compliance) at Westwind. I performed daily activities to ensure labor law compliance and improve company processes. Created multiple administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for navigating file systems, operating software, labor law compliance website addresses, lines of communication within the company to name a few. I customized an onboarding process for new hires with the goal of increasing employee retention. Participated and provided support in development of a new comprehensive manufacturing software.

I was responsible for performing and developing all company purchasing activities. (omit direct procurement, technician duties); ordered parts for machines and material for personal, finishing, specialties, shipping, and administrative departments. Reviewed old purchasing logs and refiled, updated inventory and vendor lists, created ordering sheet tools, created SOP's for each sheet, and made an interactive purchasing log.

I performed all duties associated with being a Pharmacy technician but my best contribution was my customer service skills. I worked full time and my primary position was customer out-take. I maintained and improved existing customer relationships (though covid lockdowns) and I secured numerous new customers. The customer base at a pharmacy is diverse and I exhibited a great range of ability to excel at that positions requirements. On average I performed out-take with 130 customers per day and answered 60 incoming calls.
