I have been in Human Resources for 10+ years. My journey began as an assistant at a local business and evolved into a dedicated career in developing teams, departments, and personnel through the careful formulation of policies and procedures in addition to attracting top performers across industries. Cooperation on different levels is what has enabled growth within each organization I've had the opportunity to partner with. In this day and age, our labor force is simultaneously united and dispersed thanks to the advent of technology. With such competing forces, I have found that one of the most invaluable qualities every HR professional must possess is the ability to collaborate across teams, channels, and organizations.
