I am currently working for Millers Ale House as an Hourly supervisor. I was promoted from within the company 6 months after the Covid 19 shut down. I started my key manager training in the beginning of June 2021 and completed my certification two weeks later. I made an agreement to fill in anywhere they might have needed me due to shortage in managers at the time. I visited 3 different stores the third being the store I have stayed with since the end of June 2021. I love my career, and want to gain as much experience as possible.
