I work together with my team in making outbound calls and emails to owner's, body shop's, and insurance companies to schedule the pick up and tow of total loss vehicle's after accidents.
My first 3 years at Hy Vee was running the night shift in the kitchen. Stocking and refilling hot case, filling orders, helping catering and running the shift. I then got promoted to Assistant Store Manager. I ran the front of the store assisting cashiers with their tasks all while actively listening to the customers in making their vist the best possible.
I started as a part time cashier and cook and worked my way up by being determined, hard working, enthusiastic while providing the best possible service. I had to be flexible, multi task and manage all customer and employee concerns.
While I believe in making a difference in the work place I also stay involved in activities outside in the community. Foundation 2 Crisis Center and American Foundation for Suicide Prevention are 2 core organizations that I am proud to be a part of.
