During the 2012 summer turnaround I was promoted to lead. Which gave me the responsibility to take the other employees to their designated spots, and to make sure they complete their job successful and efficiently. When employed at Crawford County Oil I was lead roustabout which gave me responsibility over the other roustabouts. I have been complemented and been contacted by previous farmers to do more work.
Worked 84 hours a week watching for safety violations from different contractor company's, and fires from work on the refinery. Was promoted to lead throughout the turnaround.
Took classes to learn more knowledge of process plants.
