High Volume bartender with experience talking to people and filling their needs. I work hard and take pride in learning the best way to do something and learning from those that have been in the industry longer than I have. I started out at the bottom of the restaurant rolling silverware and bussing tables before working my way up and being a successful bartender. I know what it takes to work hard and work my way up the ladder from using my work ethic and focused personality.

Learned to work with three other people in a efficient way and to find ways to work smart in order to be able to multi task and learn how to bartend. I was able to anticipate what we would be low on and need more of while I was helping entertain guests and eventually help bartend when the other bartenders were too busy.
Worked hard and would have the biggest sections in the restaurant because they trusted my work ethic and efficiency. Learned how to manage my time and work with coworkers to reset and flip tables so that we could serve more customers and make more money.
