Example of how/when I would start my training and what it will look like. First day practice will began the last week of October that let know we know actually who's gonna basket or who will be getting cut from the basketball. I will be looking have about 28-35 members boys and girls track team. I have to able to determine what divisions whether we have enough kids to participation lower and upper divisions such as Freshman, Junior varsity & varsity with girls and boys division. Once we have these students athletics groups all signed up on practice paper and all the paperwork that school desire then they can be ready to get on the field and participate in practice with each other. While first week have start that will a good time to start working with my A.D. about schedule, places we would like to participate at and see if we have the budget or Caliber of atheathleticcompete the first year. As we go alone practicing learning from each other and see how much effort will be pushed to the form of performance during practices. Reason I say that way is because we the team have to be able to select our captains for the season with all three divisions. All captains will have character, certain abilities and attitude that the team needs in order to lead and numnated as captain on these teams. Although a captain on this will have voice similuar to an coach because they have learned to handle workout and meets warm up give all participants the Bib number at meets organize the end of school dinner and awards. Lets go to the preparation section of season. We call this our believing in the process and constructed this position to become believing position it will be difficult because it deals with self dissdisciplineisiDiscipline doing the right thing the right way all the time "First six weeks strength and condition which prepare the muscles and the lung and heart for work that is comes on the next level. Most work that will be done during the first two weeks will be on grass. The second six weeks will envoevolveels of Intensity in our training modules from Low Intensity (50%)Medium Intensity (75%) and High Intensity (80-90%). Third Six weeks we put on running techniques and fundamental and proper running styles for athletes in 100M, 200M & 400M and how each release from the start, where they accerlate etc. Four six weeks running memethodologyproper running styles. Proper was of getting out the start blocks, drive phase how to use your arms when you release from the blocks. Running drills will be emplamented at this time, as well as triple jumping, long jumping pole volting and hurdles drills will start at this time. Fifth six weeks we get into our training Methodology for sprinters it will be something like this (100m) Mondays 5 x 10m,4 x 20m, 3 x 30m, 2 x 40m, Tuesday 6 x 150m, Wednesday 3 x 3 x 60, Thursday 2 x 2 x350m, Friday relay exchange (200m), Monday 5 x 50m blast in the cube , Tuesday 8 x 40m , Wednesday 2x2x2x150m,2x2x350m, 400m same workout as the 100m personal. This is just an example statetitles back to and bre ranked in the top 6th latest times in the USA in the youngest ladies 1600M relay in 2016.
