The past two years I've spent my summer working at a summer camp called Woodward West through a work exchange program. I worked for a week as a "Dish Dog", were I would make sure tables were clean, trays got to the dish cleaners, and all food/condiments were available to the campers. I also worked another week at this same camp as a "Gym Crew". After each gym session I would move all mats to designated areas, refill chalk bowls and vacuum/dust/clean mirrors. I am experienced in moving food quickly and effectively while cleaning tables after others.

I have been awarded in academics for having a GPA higher than 3.5; also I have received many awards for participating in high school volleyball and gymnastics. I was awarded by my school principle for "Doin' the right thing". I took culinary classes in school involving food handling, preparation and serving. I've also taken out of school classes for basic training on babysitting and CPR training. When working in Woodward West, I received positive feedback from staff and fellow campers.
Gym Crew, 07/2013 to 07/2013Woodward West － Tehachapi, CAGym crew was another program of work exchange I participated in. Gym crew had three daily cleaning times; Morning, Afternoon and Evening instruction. All three times mats would be placed back in designated spots, foam pits would be fluffed and left items would be put into a lost and found. On the Fridays, all the mats would be mopped and cheer/gymnastics floors would be vacuumed for all new campers arrival.

Woodward provides a work exchange program which is working at the camp in exchange for a weeks training. Dish dog was one of the programs I participated in. My duties started at 7:00 am on the grill where I would serve breakfast burritos to all the campers. After breakfast, the cafeteria would close until lunch time. At lunch time, I would work out on the floor cleaning up messes/spills, move abandon trays to tray drop off and refill any empty salad bar compartment. The cafeteria would again close until dinner time, this would be almost exact to lunch time but after dinner was over all tables would be lifted up on there sides and swept under.
