  • Educated and prepared undergraduate students for graduate studies under the "Research Experience for Undergraduates" program by working on a hazard mitigation project which mainly focused on modeling of the radiological effects of detonation devices.
  • Under the guideline of supervising faculty and research staff carried out experimentation and generated reports. Maintained lab inventory, conducted experimentation and maintained safety procedures and protocols for hazardous chemicals.
  • Worked on a DARPA project "A Carbon Extraction Process for Converting Southwestern Lignite to JP-8". My role on this project includes environmental analysis, life cycle analysis of the carbon extraction process and the physical/chemical analysis of the inertinite produced.
  • Worked on a TCEQ funded project to develop a database of permit by rule (PBR) and new source review (NSR) applications for VOC emissions for surface coating facilities in Texas.
