1. One week of Clinical rotation at the Glenn Medical Center (1133 W Sycamore St, Willows, CA 95988) as part of Intern Pharmacist Institutional Training hours with the pharmacist in-charge Ernie Pieper. During this rotation I was able to review charts, verifying doctors' orders and approving medications administrations under the supervision of the pharmacist in-charge. Most importantly we were able to perform a sterile compounding tests with clear result that was checked after 2 weeks.
2. Four weeks of training at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy (1020 29th st. Sacramento, CA 95816). During that I was able to perform IA "Initial assessment with patients over to phone to go over a new therapy they are about to use prior to shipping it. Extensive training on the Hepatitis C program, Oncology and new type 1 DM Dexcom sensor and insulin administration.
