I have successfully created and built three greenfield operations. Two for national homebuilders and my own entrepreneurial venture. Culminating in creating and leading a team of over 100 people that generated $170 million in revenue and $17 million in pretax income in one year. I have consistently been a top leader amongst my peer group in overall performance and results. I have 20 years experience leading homebuilding teams that have delivered over 6000 new homes in over 60 communities that I developed. In addition I have over 10 years experience in the Building Material Industry owning my own manufacturing and installation business as well as operating the west region for a national building material manufacturer and installation  leader. Having been both a homebuilder and a subcontractor I have a perfect balance of combining the synergies of both sides to create effective partnerships.

Century Communities - Panama City , FL
  • Successfully sold my company, Canyon Stone and Installation, to Environmental Stoneworks.
  • Assumed the General Manager leadership role with full charge responsibility for the Utah, Nevada and Idaho regions.
  • Currently lead a team of 15 office/sales personnel, 30 manufacturing team members, 10 yard personnel and 120 installers.
  • Strong leadership through the economic downturn thriving on market share growth through competitive advantages.
  • Led the design, construction and implementation of  new $3 million state of the art manufacturing facility in Saint George Utah. Currently lead the monthly manufacturing and distribution of over 160,000 square feet of stone veneer supplying the California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Idaho Markets.  Currently lead the monthly installation of over 50,000 square of stone veneer in the Utah, Nevada and Idaho markets.
  • I personally acquired and developed the customer relationship with the vast majority of every home builder and general contractor in Las Vegas, Southern Utah and the Salt Lake City Wasatch Front.

  • Started my own company, turnkey operation manufacturing and installing stone veneer.
  • Built a $1 million manufacturing facility debt free.
  • Acquired the business of practically every significant new home builder and general contractor in Southern Utah and the Salt Lake City Wasatch Front. Generated $5 million of revenue and over $1 million EBITDA in our first full year of operations.
