  • Assisted in transition of integrated access from BNC to FHEG in summer 2020, relied on strong relationships with LMS administrator, publisher representatives, and University Administration to ensure a smooth deployment of course materials.
  • Grew digital sales, and Follett ACCESS sales at all three campuses on the program between 2020 and 2021. Main Campus digital sales up year over year by 80%, DACC digital sales up 40%, NMSU Alamogordo campus sales up 107% year over year. Growth facilitated by Follett ACCESS and Follett Discover Shelf integration.
  • Drove sales and built the business year over year in every product category, with sales up more than $4.5 million year over year.
  • Developed, managed, and executed an iPad 1:1 program selling more than $3 million in Apple devices to NMSU and DACC campuses. Worked to deploy more than 3,000 bundles to students in August and September, tracClaire and reporting on the deployment to NMSU and DACC administration.

  • Oversaw the expansion of the program to two satelite campuses, DACC and NMSU Alamogordo.

  • Managed an $8 million revenue college bookseller contract serving New Mexico State University; a five campus roll-up location with three physical stores spread throughout southern New Mexico
  • Oversaw a staff of twelve full time employees and up to 80 part time student employees, at three locations. Responsible for full cycle talent management of this team from recruiting through development. Invested in the success and growth of each member of the team
