My background in the customer/client service based industry is one of my greatest attributes. I wanted to make a point that I did not finish my Bachelor of Science degree, in business management, as assistance was needed by family at home for an extended period. At that juncture I felt it required I return to the work force to help financially.

In coming to the US, in 2008, (I became a US Citizen in February this year and was originally from London, England) I was concerned. I knew the culture was very much geared towards the 'hallowed transcript' I would be filtered out of many job applications because I did not do the hours necessary to graduate. I apologize for this deficiency and am hoping this will not act as a negative bias or impediment to my application.
