Summary

Just celebrated coaching my 500th class at the Orangetheory Fitness Frederick location. I love interactions with clients and feel I make a difference in the confidence and success of each client. I spent the year previous as the General Manager of Otherworld Fitness gym where I created a workout program, managed coaches and ran customer service. Covid-19 changed the gym industry's ability to thrive however, and the gym couldn't survive, closing its doors in April 2021. Prior to this, I spent three and a half years coaching at Orangetheory Fitness. I was promoted to Head Trainer in my second year. From April 2018 to November 2018 I managed two studios as Head Trainer until another Coach could step in. I received a corporate award for having taught over 2000 classes in multiple locations (Kentlands, Olney, Park Potomac and Clarksburg). I consistently achieved 90% + in evaluations. Our team won a nationwide award for sales September 2019. I have a passion to help others and I am empathetic, inspiring and energetic.

In November 2013 I became a certified fitness instructor at Soldierfit in Frederick. I designed and led classes for regular clientele as well as special-needs, children, and small group instruction in the gym. Classes would range from twelve people to over fifty . In August 2014 I received Employee of the Month and in December 2015 I received Black Hat of the Year representing all of the Soldierfit locations.
