Started in 1997 as a Store Director, then in 2000 was promoted to Unit Director, 2011 was Promoted to General Manager of a HEB Plus Store which I opened as a new Store. I ran many Multiple Multi-Million Dollar stores including operation that Employed over 300+ partners including 24 Department Managers and 3 Store Directors. I am highly skilled in the area of Fresh Food Departments and Sales along with Dry Grocery and General Merchandise products. I am highly skilled in Computer logistics and multiple programs utilized for Order and Billing. I preform all Financial Budgeting for the Unit and coach and develop New store leaders and department leaders on their job skills.
