Responsible for budgeting, forecasting as well as detailed P&L management through driving revenue and controlling expenses. Created and executed monthly action plans to ensure that expectations are consistently met and exceeded. Recruiting, hiring, training and development of the top talent in the industry. Ensuring that the club consistently meets and exceeds the company standards of operations and cleanliness. Mentoring, training and developing General Managers and Assistant General Managers.
