  • Manage operations of two fitness centers and staff that consists of assistant manager, exercise specialists, personal trainers, receptionists and group fitness instructors on a campus serving 25 different tech companies/tenants. This also includes managing payroll, conducting team meetings, handling accounts payable and receivable, on/offboarding employees, job performance evaluations and staff development.
  • Launched two new group fitness programs outside of my site, one for the Santa Clara Square Apartment Luxury Homes and the other for KINETIC Fitness center at McCarthy Center offices in Milpitas. This totals to four different group fitness programs that I am currently managing.
