I started my career in the Restaurant Business as a 16 year old dishwasher. I have since worked in most areas of the restaurant including Prep, Pantry, Waiter, and Barista. I have done this job both in California as well as Massachusetts. I have traveled though 36 countries experiencing foods, wine, and spirits from all over the world. The past year has been some of the hardest work I have put into this business, I was not only a GM but worked in every roll a restaurant has to offer.
