Manages cash banks and monitor cash handling procedure
Monitor cashiering and bill adjustment
Proficient in taking and loading reservation in Fidelio
To apply the LHW / Qualmark standard in front office operation.
To liaise with Housekeeping and Maintenance department regarding availability of room in order to contribute smooth operation.
To ensure correct procedure with reference to security and cash handling.
Perform any other reasonable assignment as defined by the needs of the property.
Prepare roster and conduct quarterly appraisal for the staff.
Monitor supply of press kits, gift shop stock and other guest amenities.
Responsible in guest cycle (check-in, history, settling of account, checking-out)
To apply the LHW standard in front office operation.
Report directly to Guest Service Manager/ Front Office Manager
Response to inquiries regarding room rates and packages / promotional available
Supervise the reception, guest relation and concierge operation.
Prepare roster and conduct quarterly appraisal for the staff.
