Front of House Manager

Manages the entire audience experience in all publicly accessible areas up to the foot of the stage from the moment the audience enters the space until the final audience member leaves the venue.

  • Built and maintains Grand Performances “venue bible”.
  • Arranges front of house needs in coordination with all Grand Performances departments.
  • Manages crew set up of the public spaces prior to public opening including ADA, VIP, bar, meet and greets, pre and post show lounges and various day of show special needs.

  • Resolves patron complaints/issues during events.

  • Compiles nightly event reports, including house counts, incident reports, etc. and reports to staff at weekly production meetings in where the reports are dated and filed.

Assisted and lifted a first of its kind musical and theatrical 3 year project titled "LAX Presents", by bringing world art to the second busiest airport in the United States. Under strict regulations I helped deliver monthly events in different terminals throughout the airport. After the pilot series ended we were granted an additional contract that takes the program through 2025.
