Freelance Program Manager, 01/2012 to CurrentC Suite Network, Caudex, Saatchi and Saatchi, Science and Medicine- Management of all components of programs and events including but not limited to logistics, site search, contract negotiations, on and off site events, invitations and collateral design and development, on site management.

Manager - Event Operations, 03/2010 to 11/2011Global HIV Vaccine Enterprise - New York City, NY- Managed the event operations of small and large scale domestic and international events for The Secretariat.
- Work closely with Board of Directors, Special Committees and Staff on various on-going projects.
- Work with appropriate individuals to develop and monitor time lines and deadlines related to all aspects of events, ensuring the information is communicated with staff, volunteers, contractors and other constituents.
