Customer service has been the main department I have worked in for a very long time I am definitely open to other positions outside of customer service as well and discovered that some of abilities work very well for helping customers avoid fraud. Job requirements were to properly verify the accounts with the caller making sure we are speaking to the actual client, inform the client if we have received documents they sent to us for their dispute,explain the results of a dispute the client had filed, send out evidence report, and assist with card suspensions due to possible fraud activity.
In a previous job I had I received an employee of the month certificate. I have noticed that my performance is better when I have a good company and excellent team that I am working with that treats not only the customers well but the employees too.
