After founding and directing Fund the Nations, a 20+ employee apparel fundraising company responsible for over $30 million in fundraising since 2008 to help non-profits, adoptive families, and missionaries, Jessica "Bubba" Claire desires to use his creative giftings in areas of marketing, communications, leadership, and problem-solving to impact a company that's currently making a difference on a global scale.

Leadership:
- Created every job role and then department/leadership tier within company
- Gives leadership to 24 full time staff and several rotating contract staff

- Hired leadership positions such as Fundraising Director, Creative Director, and Financial Director (CFO) - Implemented healthcare, retirement, vacation days, etc. into company policy
