I am hardworking and, focused on producing quality food and providing excellent customer service. I have many qualifications in all areas of the kitchen. From cooking to ordering, putting away stock, dish room, and am a team player. I started as a diet aide and moved to prep cook and then to Chef's Apprentice. I have worked under 2 chef's in my career. I also was the lead cook in a school kitchen cooking for 800 (and up) children. I am reliable and enjoy cooking.
