Feb 2013 - current: Focused on reducing denials and improving operating losses for Christian Hospital and Alton Memorial Hospital.
* Co-lead the 2015 AMH GDP to develop and execute case management and non-case management processes. Reduce total denials from 4.9% to 4.1%. Oct 2015 YTD result 4.0%.

*Manage a Nurse Auditor at Christian Hospital in reducing IP denials and educating case management staff on documentation opportunities to reduce denials.
*As the Corporate Compliance Liaison for Christian Hospital and Alton Memorial Hospital assisted with resolving charging concerns related to billing and documentation requirements with government payers.
Nov 2007 - Feb 2013: Managed a team of 2 Sr. Financial Analysts and 1 Project Coordinator in preparing the MYM, Capital Budget, Annual Revenue Operating Budget and Financial Proforma's related to Service Line profitability and growth, physician acquisitions and capital purchases for Christian Hospital and Alton Memorial Hospital.
*Established MyTime reporting and identified savings opportunities in excess of $150k to reduce early-in, late-out punches.
