    Feb 2013 - current: Focused on reducing denials and improving operating losses for Christian Hospital and Alton Memorial Hospital.

    * Co-lead the 2015 AMH GDP to develop and execute case management and non-case management processes. Reduce total denials from 4.9% to 4.1%. Oct 2015 YTD result 4.0%.
    * Lead the 2014 AMH GDP for developing and implementing a process to evaluate and optimize net revenue collections to reduce deduction percentage from 74.4% to 73.6%. 2014 YTD revenue deduction percentage,70.9%.
