Result: My automotive leasing company was for over 15 years the leader in the industry,We became General Electrics largest leasing company. Revenue was increased to 25 million a year.

Our customer satisfaction was the highest in all of GE portfolio.

General Motors Offered me a Franchise Chevrolet dealership,

after ninety days the 60 year old non performing dealership sales were increased over 1,000 percent and we sold the business for 200 % over initial investment.

The problem/challenge that I had to over come was we created a new Industry. We were a Independent auto leasing company and we had to

compete with manufactures ,franchise dealers.

The action I took on a small scale I worked with the business owners sold our program, to all the near by dealers. We increased their goals and profit and the manufactures followed soon after.
