  • In 2010 Managed the construction and furnishing of a 60,000 sqft business university. I moved that same business university from its 20,000 sqft facility across town to this new facility.
  • Was asked to take on the facility management and the computer maintenance of this same facility.
  • In 2011 was hired by Merlin Entertainments Midway to manage the facilities maintenance and rides at their first two site cluster in the United States. The two sites, LEGOLAND Discovery Center and Sea Life Aquarium, together were 48,000sqft. in Dallas Tx.
  • In 2012 received the CEO's Employee Award.
  • In 2014 was the Project Manager for the first LEGOLAND Discovery Center's 13,000sqft splash park.
  • In 2014 my department did its part to prepare Sea Life Aquarium DFW to receive their Association of Zoos and Aquarium by making sure the facilities were well maintained, clean and safe for the animals, guests, and employees. They received the certification this same year.
  • In 2015 was transferred to Orlando Fl to manage the facilities maintenance at Merlin Entertainments Midway's first three site cluster, The Orlando EYE, Madame Tussaud's Wax Attraction, Sea Life Aquarium. They three equal just over 80,000sqft.
