As a first-year coach in 2013 I was able to lead Stuart Hobson Middle school to a XC and indoor track & Field title. The following year I started a program at the Benjamin Banneker Academic High School in Washington DC, where I was able to take the school to their first ever Nationals for short sprints and lead several student athletes to championship and state individual titles. Following my first year of success on the high school level, I secured Banneker not only with more individual victories in open events, but also won their first ever championship and state 4x2, which for the first time in school history was able to compete at New Balance indoor Nationals on the championship level. Some of the tops marks of my short time at Banneker include: D'asia Bando 7.17 55m, 7.76 60m 25.1 200m 41.3 300m /Bria Snell 25.36 200m 17.5 LJ/ 4x200 1:40.00/ Kenna brooks 2:27 800m. After solidifying Banneker as a top competitor in the city, I moved my talents to assist Coach Williams with sprints at the Riverdale Baptist School giving me an even higher level of experience with some of the most elite sprinters in the country.
