12/2018 to Current Face Painter/Balloon Twister/Team Member Tulalip Casino Inc | Tulalip, WA,

I am a flexible team member and will do with what needs to be done to help make Enchanted Memories run smoothly. I show up to each and every shift in my correct uniform, clean and ironed. Depending on what needs to be done through Enchanted Memories I will face paint for birthdays, holidays or any special event/ party. I am also in the process of becoming a balloon twister. I can make a few animals and items. I am familiar with working with small children as well as working with adults. I like to maintain a professional but fun manner while working, as well as keep a clean, safe and happy environment for people of all ages. Enchanted Memories does more than offer face painters, we also offer rental items such as popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, games and other items. These rentals need to be ran by an associate such as myself. I am also apart of Enchanted Memories sister company "Funtastik Balloons". Through Funtastik Balloons, I have made balloon arrangements, fulfilled balloon orders and have also delivered said orders. When there is not an event for me to work, I will also work the store front which is located in Palm Desert, CA. Every day with Enchanted Memories is always something new and I always serve the day with a smile and constant hospitality.

12/2017 to 02/2018 Shoe Expeditor Planet Fitness | Temple, TX,

My time with Macy's as a shoe expeditor was seasonal. I showed up to each and every shift, on time, in proper work attire, ready to work. I worked in the back room, pulling shoes for customers, as well as placing them back where they belonged. Using a hand-held device I was able to retrieve information about our merchandise for availability, color, style and size. I was also able to use this device to take inventory, report availability, and communicate with my coworkers about which shoes to gather for a customer. When the store was not as busy, I spent my time organizing boxes of inventory, placing our new inventory into their correct bins, placing shoes on racks, pricing merchandise, cleaning the storage area and actively helping others.

08/2017 to 10/2017 Crew Member Sonic Drive-In | City, STATE,

My time with Sonic Drive In has helped me maintain a high standard for customer service during high-volume, face-paced operations. I reported to all shifts wearing a neat, clean and unwrinkled uniform. I consistently provided friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality whenever I was in "front of the house". However I was mostly "back of the house". I started off in the "Frozen" section of the crew. I prepared ice cream cones, smoothies, shakes, sundaes, and everything having to do with the frozen section, all while maintaining appropriate portion control. I maintained a clean and safe environment throughout my time in the kitchen. I diligently restocked my work stations and prepped items for later use to save time during busy hours.
I also cross-trained for cashier and coordinated scheduling with other crew members to ensure seamless service.
