Assist on the day to day operation of the Enrollments Services department by providing support to the Dean, Managers, Staff, and temporary employee's that include time and labor, budget transfer, requisitions, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, creating contracts for temporary employees. Travel arraignments for Enrollment Services departments. Prepare reports on the daily basis. Budget reports for all departments within Enrollment Services. Assist nine departments in all aspects.

Duties include: Respond via email or phone to students, staff, student and community members, that include but not limited to student and employee confidential information. Manage multi-lined customer service phones, schedule appointments, processing budget systems on-line, manage the daily operations of Vice Presidents Office, resolve financial aid concerns, data entry in various computer software and on-line systems (HRMS People Soft, Oracle) providing accurate information to students, faculty, and the community.
