Facility management and oversight of 93 schools and four (4) administrative building totaling 10.5M square feet.
Oversight of district real estate consisting of 17 vacant properties for lease or purchase, 298 vacant lots for lease or purchase and property management of 21 leased properties.
Provided leadership on compliance efforts related inspection efforts led by the local governing authority in 93 school buildings within eight months and investment of nearly $2M.
Provided leadership to the screening of drinking water in 94 school buildings and submission of Mitigation Plans to the local public health authority for review and approval.
