Alot of my working experience has involved sales. I have worked with a variety of POS systems and cash registers. I am very confident with a register and making a memorable initial and ending contact with the customer. I have worked in all aspects including: register, floor, stock, and customer service. Due to my experience at Fly High and other jobs, I feel I have the necessary confidence to help customers find what they are looking for as well as not smothering the costumer. I truly believe watching a customer walk out with a smile on their face is one of the best rewarding feelings. management At Fly High Trampoline Park I am currently the party coordinator/party manager. My job description entitles me to make the schedule for all of the party hosts, filing for every party (receipts, tips, etc.) Send out weekly reminders and communicate with every party mother to make sure they have the best experience possible. As the manager I am responsible for making sure that every event runs as smoothly as possible. I deal with customer and employee complaints and work around every complaint to create a better environment for not only customers but employees as well. I take criticism very well and am very calm when dealing with frustrated customers and/or employee's. I enjoy helping people solve problems or questions. I work very well in a team but also very efficiently on my own. I like to take control of situations that have not be dealt with and do them to the best of my ability. I am a very hard worker and give one hundred percent into my task at hand. I lead by example, I am currently the manager of six employees and I believe if a fellow co-worker sees a job being done to the best of its ability, that they in return will do the task to the best of their ability.
