Provide email & hotline technical support for customers using Simatic S5 PLC products and Simatic S5/S7 networking products. Sell/provide field service to customers whenever problem could not be fixed over the phone.

Promoted to design engineering as a design engineering tech, designing schematics, breadboarding, testing & programming (using assembler language) various PLC-related I/O and smart-board designs.
