Over the past thirteen years I've worked in detailed oriented positions. I've enjoyed providing excellent Customer Service, coordinating and organizing work environments to ensure better productivity. During this time I have worked in Customer Service, Sales, Print and Publishing, Coordinating, Sales Auditing, Receiving, Claims and Office Administrative positions.

DSD - Receiving Associate: The responsibilities of this position was to verify all merchandise received in house, using the hand held devise Telzon. Verifying the correct merchandise was received and charges were accurate. In addition preparing paper work to ensure the vendors were paid correctly. Checked in Site-Store packages from UPS, Fedex and notified customer that their merchandise was available for pickup.
Claims: Responsible for keeping accurate record of all damaged consumables and non food merchandise. Mailing opened usable merchandise back to return center for donations.
My Sales audit functions consisted of counting revenue and making daily deposits to the bank. Generated daily, weekly, monthly and year end reports that reflected the total revenue for the store. Worked closely with Loss Prevention department to rectify any store related loses or loses due to Associates theft and take appropriate actions. Tracked Gift card fraudulent activity. Trouble shooting charge errors and handled customers concerns on daily transactions.
Human Resource duties: Acted as back up for this department. I entered the weekly payroll. Created weekly work schedule for the Associates. Updated the Marketing bulletin boards. Provided information on the ongoing changes to the health care available. Responded to customers written concerns regarding Associates.
