  • Oversee the operations for 29 branches in PG North and Southern MD. Ensure all new initiatives are understood and adhered to in all offices Mitigate risk by branch visits and Branch Operations Assessments Conduct surprise cash counts throughout the region Hold biweekly conference calls to provide new information and to clarify procedural gaps seen from branch visits and associate questions.
