As a Discovery Day Facilitator, I have the pleasure to welcome our newest EPCOT cast members to our park, and give them a class and a tour of the park so they fully understand the mission and vision of our park, as well as an opportunity for them to see their work location.
As a Guest Relations Hostess, I have experience in Guest Service, Guest recovery from different scenarios is most of what we do in this role. I also sell and upgrade tickets with the option of monthly payments, Help our guest plan their days in WDW by booking them dinning or show reservations, fast passes and even help them use My Disney Experience with their PhotoPass Pictures and answer any questions that they might have of our park.
As a Guest Relations Trainer I get to teach a lot of our new cast member everything I know about our area and all the systems that we have. And when I am not training a new cast member I get to assist the current/daily cast members with any questions or assistance at our Help Desk.
In Guest Relations I have recently become a Relief Coordinator, which means I get to assist out Hostess with Guest Situations that get out get our Cast Members hand. I get to assist our Managers with the daily operation of our Cast member, such as coordinating breaks in CDS and creating a daily recap for our area managers.
I have experience with different WDW systems such as ATS, Hercules, LILO, Megara, MAGIC, A la Carte, MDX (My disney experience), CastApp, PHIL, White Rabbit and CDS.
I did an ICP (International College Program) in the role of Merchandise, I had the opportunity to work in the Largest Disney Store, With this role I did a lot of customer service, I did Stocking, sales and also runner which means I made sure everything was in the right department and everything was fully stocked for our guests.
As a sales associate in this store I did a lot of customer service, stocking and sales. I was also in charge of the men's department so that meant making sure all the visuals (Mannequins, Walls, Tables, Windows) of the area were correct.
As a pollster for Televisa, I was hired to go to the streets of specific areas of Tijuana and have people answer a survey about the different shows of Televisa.
At this event I was part of the staff, I was in charge of the backstage organization, and before the event I assisted with sales, decorations for the venue and costumer service at the sale locations.
