During my time with Revana I was employed with the DirecTV campaign , in which I worked in the "Reconnects Department". What we did on a daily was take ALL inbound calls to reconnect Disconnected customers w DirecTV whom has been disconnected for 2 years or less.
GC Services is a 3rd party collection agency where we received & made Outbound / Inbound calls. I was an employee of the American Express campaign where I called customers of American Express w/ Credit cards to collect what they owed . Small lumps sometimes large ones. It was something i enjoyed for the time being.
Being a phone rep for GCU, i called graduating or graduated HS students on a daily to come and join GCU for a better college experience .

Once I graduated my GPA was at a 3.1 and I have had many achievements/goals that I have set for oneself . Which are continued on this day.. I will not let go of my goals , ill always continue my education for more knowledge.
