  • 2011-2018 Main Sterile Compounding Room Compliance: Worked vigorously with Plant Operations and contract vendors to bring this compounding room into regulatory compliance through series of small incremental changes. Successfully redesigned the room which was implemented after my leave and is currently operational.
  • 2011-2013 Large Volume Infusion Pump Project (Baxter SIgma Spectrum): This was a house-wide implementation. Successfully built the entire drug library. Worked with interdisciplinary teams (Biomed, Environmental Service, Clinical Support) to operationalize the launch of the pumps. Worked with Nurse Educators and individual nursing work groups to identify nursing needs and requests for successful day-to-day use. This work continued for maintenance needs, additional needs or requests for deletions/changes.
  • 2013-2014 Opening of NICU Sterile Compounding Room: Worked with Plant Operations and construction vendors in order to bring room into compliance with regulations. Facilitated total parenteral contract update in order to implement compounding for the NICU population segregated for safety.
  • 2015-2017 Sterile Compounding Workflow Platform (DoseEdge): Vetted, contracted, built, trained and implemented this workflow platform that allowed for sterile compound to be standardized and documented for better patient safety. This also allowed for remote verification of preparations which improved throughput for compounding production.
  • 2015-2017 Opening of OR Pharmacy with Sterile Compounding Room: Worked with OR Pharmacy Specialist, Plant Operations, Architect and constructions vendors from vetting to successful opening. This expansion project facilitated better pharmacy services to meet OR needs.
  • 2017 NICU Syringe Pump Project: Successfully built the entire drug library. Worked with interdisciplinary teams (Biomed, Environmental Service, Clinical Support) to operationalize the launch of the pumps. Worked with individual nursing work groups to identify nursing needs and requests for successful day-to-day use. Trained the NICU Pharmacist to maintain the continued operations after launch.
  • 2017-2018 Pharmacy Inventory Workflow Platform (Pyxis Logistics): Vetted, assisted in the build and implementation of this inventory software project.
  • 2017-2018 Cancer Center Pharmacy and Sterile Compounding Room. Participated in multiple vetting meetings to design the Pharmacy and Sterile Compounding Room to meet the needs of use.
