  • Oversee day-to-day operations for Inpatient and Emergency Department Flex Team programs; total of 180+ FTEs - including inpatient (Critical Care, Intermediate & Medical/Surgical) Registered Nurses, Emergency Department Registered Nurses and Patient Support Assistants.

  • Co-led efforts to recruit and establish the System Staffing Office and affiliated processes; team of non-clinical support representatives, focused on deploying Flex Team clinical resources.
