Accomplishments
In my time as an Operations Manager, I saw the company through a rebranding in which we added services and went up on our already generated recurring revenue. 
Trained co-workers on sales techniques and watched them improve to the point where we could all hit goal.
I made recommendations on how we could break down our future company plans to our customer base. How we should do it (email, phone calls, etc)
Contract adjustments that are still saving the company money to this day.
I built up proposals for sales, initiated and established contact with promising prospects, monitored technicians in the field for customer service and accuracy in repair/ installments. Researched a lot of the new equipment that came out and how it effected the compatibility of the equipment our customers and technicians have. Resolved many customer issues whenever they couldn't be resolved by another associate.

  • Work with technicians consisted of sending them the schedule that i have built for them according to priority and some technicians on my sales team are scheduled so that we hit sales goal for the quarter.
  • Time that i did not spend on the phone with technicians, i made follow up sales calls from our voicemail, as well as follow up on leads that our team had put together.
  • In the office we worked as a team to make sure we gave the best customer service we could by answering all questions and I oversaw much of that.
  • Learning about the product was something that was enjoyable for me and made the whole process of selling and hitting goal more exciting.
