Prior to merger with Travelers Insurance Company, my role with St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company involved direct supervision of 12 support staff and oversight of other office personnel including attorneys and paralegals. Utilized my extensive human resource skills while traveling to various United States offices to train new human resource administrators. Created a training and procedural manual for all offices in the United States to follow so that protocol was uniform. Provided training to all new hires as to office software/technology and office procedures. I also served as liaison between attorneys and support staff.
