I was hired on for a Sales and Marketing Assistant initially in 2015. I willingly took on permits and inspections, rebates, and sales quotes for five Estimators.
I worked one on one with the contractors and the inspectors to build rapport and get our permits and inspections up to date.
I was given more responsibility with applying all the payments and reconciling credit card statements for our company within 2 months of training at Eanes. I took on every opportunity given to me which also included recruiting and dispatching for which I had no previous experience. I wanted to be cross trained and able to learn and grow as much as possible.
