As a narcotic's Detective I have been tasked with all drug cases within the department. I coordinate responses with our local 15th DTF with our department. I have also maintained a working relationship with the 5th DTF in Pope county. I have worked with the federal agents (DEA) on drug cases in my area, along with assisted the 5th DTF with the DEA on other cases that involved my area. In March of 2019 with the help of the DEA I was able to get an Indictment with the US District Court Eastern District of Arkansas. The suspect that was Indicted was one of the biggest drug dealers in our area at that time.
While employed at the Sheriff's Office I have planned numerous high risk search warrants along with seizures of vehicles and money. I have been able to keep Confidential Informant's and keep there trust which is very crucial in the narcotics investigations. I have always been able to look at the bigger picture and not put my ego above the over all goal when it comes to investigations. In 2018 I was able to pass on information to Sebastian County and Crawford County in Arkansas about a suspect that I was able to arrest during a traffic stop. I was able to listen to jail calls and connect the dots on a large drug ring that was operating out of there county. After the info was received we also arrested the suspects girlfriend who later lead to the arrest of over 300 lbs of narcotic's in Oklahoma.
During my time at the Sheriff's Office I have been able to conduct interviews on not only drug investigations but sexually assault cases as well as stolen goods from Yell County just about all criminal activities. I have been credited with well over 400 hours of classes while at the Sheriff's office and have taken every chance to continue my education in law enforcement.
I helped start the Belleville Marshals office in October 2013. I was on the city council and was asked to take the position as Chief of Police. I started there as a part time Chief and was able to turn the department into a fulltime job with the help of grants and local support. I was over the budget and department duty's in the 3 years I was there I was able to return money at the end of the year. In July of 2014I was hired fulltime and handled all warrants and court responsibility's. I maintained a working relationship with the Prosecutor's office as well as all judges in my district.
In March of 2015 I received a letter from the Arkansas state police for a case I work with them and the 15th DTF. I was able to develop a (CI) Confidential Informant in early October 2014 that was put in touch with Special Agent with the Arkansas State Police. We was able to arrest 13 suspects with 25 felony charges without incident. All suspects was interviewed and lead to more arrest and continue till this day. I worked under Mayor Boyce Page to my knowledge and the city council knowledge I never received a complaint of wrong doing. I was present during all audits done by the state and only received one write up and it was something out of our control it had to be changed by the Yell County District Court.
While Chief of Police I served as a Assistant Coach for the Peewee football team and was on the Belleville city, and fire department. I continue to stay very active in my community with the younger generation.

I was able to build the business from around 80.000 a year with no employees to 350.000 a year with 3 employees. I was able to stay in business till June 2013 when we had a fire in the wearhouse. I was approached after the fire and asked if I would sell for a lot more then what I originally paid.

I was tasked with any build out we had in our area and took care of west side of Arkansas and all of Oklahoma and North Texas. While over the truck we was able to only have one incident involving a rope burn that didn't need medical action. I traveled over 200.000 miles and was lucky enough to never have a accident. I was over training new hands that was in my district as well as hiring and firing. If we had to let anyone go I would have to go to there house and collect everything for the company such as truck tools trailer credit cards ect. I done this without any incidents and credit this to being able to talk to someone in a professionally way.
While working in the tower field I was comm trained and completed well over 400 hours training for different types of minerals and lights used on a tower. I worked around numerous cranes and heavy equipment and was certified in forklifts and sky tract as well as our bomtruck. I was never wrote up for any violation for safety or driving record.
