Managing routine inspection of asset performance parameter and gas quality, developing reports and notification on deviated parameters.
Delivering Business Review presentation in daily plant performance meeting with departmental heads, as well as coordinating with K-Electrics Central Performance Head Quarter regarding generation statistics and planned activities.
Managing daily plant outages report for planned, forced and standby hourly activities.
Record keeping and analysis of plant outages, machines tripping, gas consumption and machine incidents.
Generating Monthly generation statistics, based on The Sui Southern Gas Company (National Gas Suppliers) gas bills and comparing deviation of gas consumption through gas flow meters.
Responsible for conducting heat rate test on monthly basis internally with plant team.
Calculating and reporting plant employees training penetration rate on monthly basis.
Conducted plant internal audit of QMS Quality Management system, with safety and maintenance senior authorized person Managing daily monitoring of Notification, work order, work permits generated on SAP.

Supervise the implementation of safety rules and procedures to provide personal safety from the system.
The plant comprises 12 Wartsila 18V38 Diesel engines burning heavy fuel oil coupled to ABB generator sets each having a capacity of 10.8MW.
Efficient utilization of waste heat recovery system depending upon the Load In demand.
Constant monitoring(laboratory analysis) of steam condensate system, hot well, steam drum, synchronizing tanks, R.O water tanks, treated water tank by continuous sampling at various point in order to ensure the steam system operates under required parameters such as (phosphate, alkalinity, TDS, PH etc).
Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations by doing Vibration Analysis, Lube Oil analysis, Fuel Oil analysis, Daily/Month consumption of L.O, F.O, R.O water, HT and LT cooling water daily chemical analysis etc.
Constant monitoring on hourly basis of Fuel and Lube oil Separators parametric codes and performances.
Generating forced outage summary, Power interruptions report, Specific fuel oil and lube oil consumption report per engine.
