Harman is currently assigned to KansasCity Police Department as a Task Force
Officer in the Drug Enforcement Unit / Metro Meth section and is funded by
(HIDTA) High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area. Detective Harman also works with the Kansas City Missouri
Police Department, MOWin Task Force and is currently deputized by US Drug
Enforcement Agency in the Interdiction section.
Detective Harman joined the Clay County Sheriff Office in
February of 1996 after completing a 300 hour Police Academy with St. Charles
County Law Enforcement Training Academy accredited by Missouri P.O.S.T. Detective Harman left employment in
September 2009 to pursue other career opportunities during this time Detective
Harman continued to remain as a reserve Missouri Police Officer and continue
with P.O.S.T requirements. Detective
Harman applied and was rehired by Clay County Sheriff Office in January
