Program Manager NCIS Headquarters Law Enforcement, Protection,
Assessments and Security Training, providingprogrammatic oversight of centralized
regulations, policy, standards, direction and procedures, and overall conduct
of antiterrorism, law enforcement, investigations, protection
operations, vulnerability, and physical
security assessment and tactical training as well as the planning, managing the
career
development of Security and Law
Enforcement (SLE) personnel on a global scale. Manages all administrative and program matters,
including budget formulation, allocation of human and material resources,
implementation of technological solutions, timely and accurate submission of
reports and related matters. Directly responsible for NCIS
HQ direction, policy guidance, and oversight of NCIS Security Training Assistance
and Assessments Teams (STAAT) offices in conducting
assessments and examining physical security conditions of foreign ports,
airfields, hotels and other world-wide operational venues; who are also provide
professional law enforcement training to foreign law enforcement and security
partners worldwide. Echelon One Functional
Lead who is responsible
for the oversight of the development and implementation of the Department of
the Navy\'s Naval Justice Information System (NJIS) that supports the
information and reporting requirements of the entire Department of the Navy
criminal/military justice communities, to include law enforcement, criminal
investigations, judicial actions and corrections. Hand selected to serve as NCIS HQ Action
Officer for the Department of the Navy Law Enforcement Community Managerdirecting and overseeing the development and execution of the Law
Enforcement Strategic Workforce Planning Program. As Navy Law Enforcement Community Manager,focused on identifying current and
future LE manpower requirements, including expeditionary requirements, to meet Department
of the Navy and Department of Defense mission, and the strategies needed to
build the civilian workforce to meet those requirements. Serves
as a NCIS representative to the United States other international, federal,
state, and local law enforcement organizations on matters relating to Department
of
the Navy dignitary protection and strategic
operations. Interface with private industry, the media, congressional
staffs, political and community groups and various members of the public.
