I am retiring from the department of corrections with 27 years in. I was a correction officer and a trainer of correction officers for 25 years then took a promotion to correction Sergeant and became a supervisor. I am retiring from corrections on July 28th 2021. Its time to move on to something else. I plan on working another 20 years. I have a great back ground in deli and grocery store operation. I have always worked in a deli working with food. I had bids in the jail in the messhall and i do pig roasts and some catering on the side. I have also always worked long shifts of over time or had a second job. So working hard is not an issue. I pay attention to staff needs and listen to what customers have to say. working in corrections so long has made me very aware of what is going on around me. I throw myself 100% into everything i do and everything will be done properly with out being told to do so.

I am an Accomplished Correctional Sergeant offering 27 years of experience managing inmate safety and order in 4 security Prisons , Focused and detail-oriented with comprehensive weapons training. Adept at remaining on high alert at all times and managing security risks. I am MPTC certified to teach hand gun ,Rifle and shotgun as well as self defensive and oc pepper spray use. As a Correctional Sergeant I supervised 75 to 150 security personnel during any given shift assigning job placement in the whole jail, making schedules out for days in advance. Also setting up and commanding direction in dangerous situations and then completing all paper that goes along with those altercations
