  • In Spring of 2022, began coordinating and managing the $200,000 Propel grant initiative.

  • Developed a five-year strategic plan for increasing the number of admitted and enrolled students at Edward Waters College, as well as increasing the retention rate.
  • Fostered a partnership with the National Dropout Prevention Center/Network to host an annual statewide Dropout Prevention Conference attended by 450-500 state and national educators.
  • Enhanced the partnership with the National Dropout Prevention Center/Network to a point that led them to host a National Dropout Prevention Conference in Florida in 2012 which was attended by over 600 participants.
